Are you overwhelmed with what to do next on your wellness journey? Maybe you are wondering where to start? The number of health and wellness books, journals, and videos out there is endless. It makes sense why you might feel overwhelmed. But to do whatever makes you "feel healthy" is not enough. Far too often, I hear friends of mine saying,
"Maria, I just don't know where to start. It all seems too hard and I'm running in circles on what to do next. I can never do all the things you do! It's too much."
Have no fear - you are not alone if you feel or have felt this way before.
Too many people neglect their health until something goes wrong. Far too often I would hear, even from my own family, "Maria, we are going to die someday anyway! So I'm going to eat this!" But don't you want to live this one life in a healthy, vibrant body for years to come? I do.
Why did I start?
The subject of health has become my "WHY" after facing many horrific health issues and helping my husband fight, and ultimately overcome, a deadly cancer.
I spent countless hours researching how to heal my health problems and my husband's cancer. I've traveled overseas to wellness clinics and met with holistic doctors in the Midwest. We transformed our lifestyle and eating habits and purchased wellness equipment. We've spent hours talking with doctors, cancer patients, naturopaths and many others who are fighting for their health about their experiences. I've stayed up into the wee hours of the night researching and learning... the list goes on!
I created a list of my favorite wellness resources that my husband and I used along our wellness journey. I believe these resources will help guide you on your wellness journey!
It is important to realize that while I can share my resources, YOU have to be the one to OWN YOUR HEALTH! That means you need to do the work too. You need to educate yourself, cross-reference the research studies, develop your own opinions, and try different things to see how they affect your body. Your life is an incredible gift from God!

Filmmaker Kip Andersen uncovers the secret to preventing and even reversing chronic diseases, and he investigates why the nation's leading health organizations do not want people to know about it.

The story of a pioneering biochemist who discovered a unique and proprietary method of successfully treating most cancers.
