Baked Pears

Ingredients

2 Ripe Pears

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

3 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped

1/2 tsp Cinnamon divided


Instructions

Cut pears in half, lengthwise

Scoop out seeds

Combine chopped walnuts, maple syrup and half the cinnamon

Fill the center of each pear half with walnut mixture

Bake 350º F oven for 20 minutes

Just before serving, sprinkle cinnamon on top
