Joni's Righteous Raisin Toast


Ingredients:

- 1 slice of Berlin Natural Bakery Righteous Raisin Spelt Bread

- 1 tablespoon of Georgia Grinder Cashew Butter

- Dash of Frontier Co-op Organic Cinnamon

- Dash of Frontier Co-op Organic AllSpice

- Dash of Frontier Co-op Organic Nutmeg Ground

- 1 teaspoon of Heather Valley Bee Pollen


Directions:

Toast a slice of bread. Spread Georgia Grinder Cashew Butter on toast. Add a dash of Frontier Co-op Organic Cinnamon, AllSpice, and Nutmeg Ground. Sprinkle on Heather Valley Bee Pollen.


Woah. It's sweet, but healthy? Yes, yes indeed.



John's Avocado & Honey Toast


Ingredients:

- 1 slice of Berlin Natural Bakery Flax Seed Spelt Bread

- 1 ripe avocado

- 2 cloves of pressed garlic

- A dash of Frontier Co-op Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 teaspoon of Heather Valley Bell Pollen

- 1 teaspoon of Sleeping Bear Honey

- Dash of Frontier Co-op Organic Cinnamon

- Dash of Frontier Co-op Organic Clove


Directions:

Toast a slice of bread. Combine mashed avocado with pressed garlic. Scoop onto of toast and add a dash of Frontier Co-op Himalayan Pink Salt. Top toast with Heather Valley Bell Pollen and drizzled Sleeping Bear Honey. Finish with a dash of Frontier Co-op Organic Cinnamon and Clove.


Wow. That is a whole lot of yumminess and healthiness.



Maria's Queso & Purple Haze Jam Toast


Ingredients:

- 1 slice of Berlin Natural Sourdough Spelt Bakery

- 2 tablespoons of Peter Rubi Nut-based Queso Dip

- 1 tablespoon of Local Folks Purple Haze Jam


Directions:

Toast a slice of yummy bread. Spread Peter Rubi Nut-based Queso Dip onto toast. On top, spread Local Folks Purple Haze jam.


That's it. Simple, but so delicious.



Jacqueline's Savory Toast


Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of Peter Rubi Hummus

- 1 slice of Berlin Bakery Sprouted Spelt Bread

- 1/4 cup of onions

- 1 clove of minced garlic

- 1/2 cup of spinach

- 1 teaspoon of Natural Value's Organic Sriracha Sauce


Directions:

Toast a slice of bread. Spread Peter Rubi Hummus onto toast. After, cut onions and saute with minced garlic. Then, add spinach and saute for a minute. Add sautéed items onto toast. Drizzle Organic Sriracha Sauce to finish and enjoy.


It's messy. But it's loaded with nutrients. I feel like the best food is messy anyway.
